Registration
Before you start ‘offering’, you need to register yourself with us
and give us information that will allow us to communicate with you
regarding your transactions. Registration is very easy with
Arulmighu Mariamman Temple. To perform online pooja, all you have to
do is to register as a member at the site by filling in the required
information. To register as a Member, please click here
Once a member, you can select the temple of your choice. By clicking
on the 'Pooja Booking' icon, you can browse through the list of
poojas and their availability and select the Pooja of your choice.
Please note that you can book for Poojas seven days from the day of
booking. The list of dates on which certain Poojas are not available
is indicated as "Non Available". You may choose an alternative date.
Once you have selected the Pooja of your choice, please make your
payment through credit card. Before making Payment please click on
"View Cart" which will be shown when Poojas are selected. For
confirmation of Poojas selected, please click on "Submit" which will
direct you to Payment gateway Page.
Once payment is made, you will get a mail from us confirming the
same. Should you need more information or further clarifications on
your Pooja booking, you can always get in touch with the temple
authorities, at the contact number given in this site.
Placing an order:
Placing an offering order is quick and simple. As you browse
through the list, you can put the items that you want to place an
order instantly in your OFFERING CART (Offering Cart), by clicking
on the link 'Add To Offering Cart'. Link to Offering Cart is
provided with every item that is displayed on the screen.
If you haven't logged in yet, you will reach the login page. A new
user can register here or members can login to their account
directly. After creating an account, you can view your Offering cart
through the 'My Account' section. To continue Offering, click on the
'Continue Offering' button which takes you back to the Offering
Homepage. After you have finished your Offering, you can click on
the 'Offering Cart' link. On viewing your Offering cart, you can
update your Offering cart i.e. change the quantity of the items you
are offering, remove or add an item from your Offering cart etc.
After having chosen the items you wish to offer, you can click on
checkout. After Checkout, you can choose your payment options.
The Temple’s Online Offering System provides you various payment
options like Online Payments through the credit cards, cheque /
draft facility etc. Subsequent to choosing your payment option, you
are taken to a page wherein you can view your order details. In case
of the order details being incomplete, you can make changes by
clicking on " Go back and make changes" button. The order detail
page also shows you the shipping and billing address specified by
you. By default, the shipping address that you have mentioned in the
Registration Form will be displayed here. The Temple’s Offering
System provides you with unique address book feature, you can create
your alias and add addresses as per your choice and convenience. You
can choose the alias while updating your Offering cart and the
shipping address for that particular alias is picked up.
This facility allows you to have multiple aliases and corresponding
addresses for your loved ones. Thereafter, you can place your order.
Order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This will be followed
by shipment details e-mail. While browsing through the store, you
will come across some items that you would wish to buy in the near
future. Just Click on 'Add To Wish List', and the item will be
placed in your Wish List. You can buy it anytime you please, subject
to the availability of the title in the future.
Secured Transactions:

Offering Cart, Wish List and My Account are protected by a password
that you set at the time of registration. If you have forgotten your
password then click on Offering Cart or Wish List or My Account and
you will reach the Login page where there is a link to Forgot Your
Password? You must remember your User Name and on entering that, you
will be taken to your hint question. On answering the Hint Question
in exactly the same words as you had entered in the Registration
Page you can retrieve your password.
Tips to help you protect your privacy online:
Never give your password to anyone online. Never give your
billing information except to facilitate an order. Make your
password at least six characters in length. Create a password that
includes a combination of numbers and letters. If you have fallen
for an online scam and gave out your password, change your password
right away. You can do this by entering the 'My Account' section and
Modifying User Information. Once you have finished surfing through
Arulmighu Mariamman Temple Offering, do not leave the site open. The
only way to log off from the site is to close the window. Personal
Information You can modify the personal information (e-mail address,
phone numbers, password), shipping information, billing details; add

View your Offering Cart:
Once you have registered with us and logged into your account,
you can click on Offering Cart from any page and you can check on
all the items you put in there. You can also remove an item by
canceling it totally or adding it to your Wish List for later
purchases. Incase you are happy with what you currently have in the
Offering Cart then click on the 'Check Out' button or browse through
the site some more by clicking on the 'Continue Offering' button.
You can select the person to whom you wish to send the items. All
you need to do is to select the name of the person (alias) whom you
want to send that particular product and click on the update button.
Incase you wish to add a new address, please click on 'add new
address' and fill in the details in the subsequent page.
You can also change the quantity of the offering which you have
selected to buy. All you need to do is to fill the desired quantity
in the appropriate box and click update to register your change
View your Wish List:
Occasionally we are sure you would like to indulge in some extra
Offering but your purse strings don't allow you to. In this case,
just put it in your Wish List and next time when you have received
your pocket money or your salary or some money from your aunt just
go to the Wish List and indulge. Also, you might want to send a gift
directly to a friend whose birthday is probably a month later. So,
if you come across the perfect product for him/her just add it to
your Wish List and log on a week or two before and add it to your
Offering Cart directly.
Review Your Order History:
In your personal area you can view the details of all the orders
you've placed with Arulmighu Mariamman Temple Offering till date.
Just click on Order History in My Account section and see the full
details against the order numbers of your earlier purchases. You can
select the start date and the end date. You can even sort the order
history based on the persons to whom the order has been shipped.
Manage your Shipping Address:
You can change your default shipping address depending on where
you want your order delivered. Just go to My account address book
and add or remove addresses from your Shipping Address. You can also
access this functionality from the Offering cart stage by clicking
on 'Add new address'
Store Updates on e-mail:
If you want to stay in touch with the latest offers on our site
or be updated on the latest happenings on the store, just subscribe
to our regular newsletter either while registering for the first
time or through Modify User Information
